Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior IC Layout Engineer or highly motivated newly graduated to join our team and support IC layout implementation under guidance. This role is ideal for a new graduate with a strong interest in IC physical design and a desire to grow into a full ownership layout role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IC layout implementation at the block or sub-block level
• Apply basic IC layout principles under supervision
• Run and assist with DRC and LVS checks
• Follow defined layout methodologies and best practices
• Communicate progress and ask for support when needed
• Learn layout flows, tools, and tape-out processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Basic understanding of IC layout fundamentals
• Motivation to learn and develop hands-on layout skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with IC layout tools is a plus
