The Associate Manager, Sports Marketing & Athlete Operations will support Wilson’s Global Sports Marketing team by leading all aspects of athlete product servicing and operations within the 360 strategy on Tour. This role ensures timely delivery, premium presentation, and seamless coordination of apparel, footwear, and accessories for Wilson athletes worldwide.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and deeply passionate about tennis and the professional Tour ecosystem. The position will be based in Barcelona, Spain to ensure close collaboration with the Softgoods, Footwear, and Logistics teams, as well as alignment with key global partners in Europe and Asia.
