We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset to help ChooseMyCompany grow across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Reach as many prospects as possible, using a multi-channel approach
Benefit from our tools, international clients and brand reputation
Activate your own networks
Ensure ChooseMyCompany is visible across the HR ecosystem (forums, events, conferences…)
Sign both Freemium clients (“Get ChooseMyCompany labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid SaaS subscription for labels and analytics)
Convert Freemium to Premium through impactful demos of our SaaS
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing
Have a real influence on strategic choices as we expand in the region
Help build the foundations of our future Benelux office
